How to enter in Miraikan and how to go to the registration desk:
There are two entrances, the main entrance and the service entrance. The main entrance is for the visiting of the public people, and it is open only the opening time of Miraikan, which is from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm, and it is closed on Tuesday.
The service entrance is open all the time.
You can use both entrances, but maybe most of you will use service entrance. To go to the registration desk, please take the elevator to the 7th floor. All the rooms related PDC is on the 7th floor.

Sunday May 14, 03:30 pm - 05:30 pm
Monday May 15, 08:00 am - 06:00 pm
Tuesday May 16, 08:00 am - 06:00 pm
Wednesday May 17, 08:00 am - 06:00 pm
Thursday May 18, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm
Friday May 19, 08:00 am - 03:00 pm
Onsite payment is by cash in Japanese yen.

22000 yen for students/accompanying persons
20000 yen for daily registration
14000 yen for the banquet
The banquet registration:
The deadline of banquet registration is 10:00 am on May 15.
Oral presentation should be done by using the PC that LOC prepared. This is because we broadcast oral presentations.
You can use PowerPoint and pdf.
There are the same PCs in Room Deimos (preparation room), so please check your presentation and save your file in it.
The poster is presented in Room Jupiter.
The size of the poster board is 90 cm (width), 210 cm (hight). Use the pins to put up your poster. Do not use adhesive tapes such as Scotch tape. You can find the pins in the poster room. Please see the poster allocation map.
